The Balkan Chess Federation meeting was held on Saturday, March 13, 2010 in Rijeka, Croatia during European Individual Chess Championship 2010. The participants of the meeting discussed issues of organisation of Balkan Grand Prix 2010 and organisation of Balkan Youth Team Championship. Protocol about organization of Balkan Grand Prix 2010 was signed by the Presidents of Balkan chess federations – organisers of the Grand Prix tournaments.
